The Superluminal LMS is open-source, designed to run on top of the open-source WordPress platform, independently supported by thousands of developers worldwide. Our custom stack is a set of open-source, licensed, and proprietary custom components which were formulated with over $300K of R&D. While the WordPress “backend” itself is invisible to end-users, it provides a simple Content Management System (CMS) for administration of the site and learning programs. The system is highly extensible through a rich ecosystem of independent plugins.
